Trinova has complete test equipment for automotive chassis electronic control:
- Hydraulic test equipment, which can perform hydraulic test of ESC assembly and realize pressure test and other working conditions；
- Solenoid valve test equipment, to test the performance of each valve, including sealing, response time, valve overflow characteristic test, etc.；
- HCU test equipment, perform performance test in HCU, including the overall response of the valve, the stiffness of each hydraulic section and other performance；
- ECU test equipment for conducted immunity, fast pulse and overvoltage, superimposed alternating current, starting characteristics, load dump, voltage transient emission, etc.；
- Reliability and functional testing equipment, durability testing, high and low temperature testing, salt spray testing, vibration testing, hardware-in-the-loop testing, etc.
Trinova has professional real vehicle marking equipment, mainly including VBOX, six component system, ABD steering robot, calibration software, standard EVT/ pedestrian target, etc., which can support the product to efficiently complete the real vehicle marking matching test and verification.

Trinova calibration and matching center and real vehicle test field are located in Yingshan County, Huanggang City, Hubei Province, and are located in the geographical center of central China; Covering an area of 250 mu, it has built a straight lane, a dynamic square, a ramp, a gravel pavement, a simulated low-attached pavement, etc., which supports the test and verification of professional calibration and matching conditions such as pseudosine, single and double line shifting, steady rotation, sine hysteresis, full-throttle starting, split, docking, etc., and a dedicated site, which can quickly and efficiently achieve vehicle model matching and reliability verification, and shorten the import cycle.
