On April 19, 2025, Trinova's fully automated ESC production line officially commenced operations at its overseas factory, marking a substantial breakthrough in the company's global strategy.  

This modern smart factory, spanning 22,000 square meters, utilizes advanced automated production lines and digital management systems, with an annual production capacity of 600,000 units. Equipped with rapid model-switching capabilities, it can manufacture a series of products including ABS, ESC, and EPBi. Through highly automated assembly processes and intelligent inspection technologies, the factory significantly enhances production efficiency while ensuring product consistency and reliability.  

The launch of this overseas facility represents Trinova's strategic first step in transitioning from "Trinova China" to "Global Trinova." The company has not only exported advanced intelligent equipment but also established a complete localized value chain system encompassing technology development, testing and validation, and after-sales support. Currently, Trinova has secured deep collaborations with several local automakers, supporting over 20 vehicle models. It is projected that product deliveries in this regional market will exceed 300,000 units this year.  

As a pivotal beginning of its global expansion, Trinova plans to use this as a foundation to gradually advance multi-regional, multi-product industrial deployments worldwide, further refining its global supply network. This strategic move not only highlights the company's technical prowess and smart manufacturing capabilities but also demonstrates its determination and ability to grow globally, laying a solid groundwork for future market expansion.
