It is expected that from the third quarter of this year, the precision manufacturing of all the key core components of the chassis wire control of Yingchuanghuizhi will be settled in the new smart factory. At the same time, a vehicle chassis electronic control system and vehicle dynamic test field covering an area of more than 230 acres will be built, including a dynamic square with a diameter of more than 300 meters, a high-speed handling stability test road, and various typical working conditions simulation roads. Taking advantage of the landform and climate characteristics such as hills, hills and rain in Yingshan County, an open product performance test and automatic driving test scenario are established. The test site will be put into use in the fourth quarter of this year. At that time, Trinova will become an automotive chassis electronic control enterprise with a self-built test site, and through continuous high-intensity testing, it will continuously improve reliability and quality, and build a world-class chassis. Electronic control products.

In the context of the global epidemic, the chip crisis, and the changing international political and economic situation, the security and independent control of my country's key auto parts supply chain are particularly important. Trinova has always taken the national automobile industry to become bigger and stronger as its own responsibility, and strives to break the international monopoly in the chassis advanced electronic control technology and products. At present, the company has achieved large-scale mass production of ABS, ESC, EPBi, T-Booster and other products with excellent product performance and quality. Many automobile enterprises such as FAW Group and Changan Automobile have carried out large-scale supporting facilities.

At present, the company is actively promoting the vehicle model calibration development and mass production promotion business of the majority of OEMs, and at the same time strives to promote production capacity improvement and expansion construction. According to the company's development plan, it is expected that by the second half of this year, the company's ESC/EPBi production capacity will reach 2.6 million sets/year, and the company's T-iBooster production capacity will reach 400,000 sets/year.
